SHIKI Japanese Fine Dining | Brasserie | Bar stands for the combination of Japanese culinary art with European influences and a consistently practiced culture of service. Based on the restaurant, Joji Hattori's vision gradually developed into The World of SHIKI – a comprehensive culinary concept that combines enjoyment, craftsmanship, and culture. With the SHIKI Boutique | Sakethek, this concept was expanded to include a separate area dedicated to the world of sake and selected Japanese culinary culture. Another part of this development is SHIKI Omakase: an omakase restaurant with a limited capacity of eight seats located in the immediate vicinity of the main building. The focus is on traditional sushi art, precise preparation, and a deliberately reduced, intimate atmosphere.
